• STRUCTURE: FULL EQUIPMENT-helmet, shoulders, elbows, gloves stick (not provided) 
• 1 HRS OF POSITION BASED DRILL STATIONS FOCUSING  ADVANCED SKILLS, 1 HR OF COMPETITIVE CAMP SCRIMMAGE/GAMES AND CHALLENGES.
• AGES: Grade 3- Grade 9
• WHERE: East Hills Middle School

• Small field- Mini games
• 5pm- 6pm
• All ages will go at the same time.
• We divide the field into three mini fields and scrimmage for an hour.

2022  membership details

13 Mile lacrosse club is an all year round youth lax development program.  We offer camps, clinics and development opportunities to build the culture and skills for future lacrosse players.. The cost of the program is $600. There is $300 deposit when you sign up and a $300 payment due before our first outdoor practice in the spring.  Game jersey sets are sold separately and all players should have a white helmet to compete in.
