- Limited spots- only 32 (runners/forward) players maximum due to time and field constraints.
- Committed Goalies play for free, please email. We will provide goalie equipment only.
- .We divide the players that register into 2 teams of 16 for a short practice warmup followed by a 4-quarter game.

- Must have biceps pads and rib guards. Field helmet is acceptable
